I have 25 years’ experience in the real estate industry. I

started my career as a paralegal, then obtained my real estate license in New York. I moved with my family to Mooresville in 2005. My broad experience has led me to work in both residential real estate, assisting buyers and sellers, as well as commercial transactions. My commitment and dedication to the industry speaks for itself and the numerous friendships I have attained

over the years.

While residing in New York, I worked with the Make a Wish Foundation. I now volunteer at The Mooresville Soup Kitchen and Habitat for Humanity.

My husband & I moved to the area over a year ago. We were desperately searching for a rental home inside of the Mooresville City limits, due to needing the Mooresville City school system for our child. We learned we were moving about a week before school started. We first met Maggie at one of the properties. We didn't really care for the property and Maggie took it upon herself to search aimlessly and tirelessly, to find the right fit for us. In this area, once school is in session, there isn't much to choose from when looking for a rental home or one to purchase. Once again, Maggie worked continuously, contacting us daily with updates and information about homes that fit our budget. Buying a home is an exhausting experience, but Maggie King made it so much easier on us by doing all of the ground work herself. She gave us advice on quotes and offers and connected us with appraisers and lawyers. We literally had to look for no one outside of her to close on our home. If we ever sell our home and purchase another one, without a doubt, we will use Maggie King!
